I have been a professionally trained dog and cat groomer since 2013.  I apprenticed under another groomer for three years before trying my hand at corporate in 2016; even acquiring a salon management role before finally opening my own shop in September of 2018. Sittin' Pretty grew so big in such a short amount of time, but 2020 and 2021 were the most trying, testing, defeating years i could imagine and proves that ANYTHING can happen. I am now blessed with an amazing full staff again and we strive every day to provide you all a wonderful experience for your fur children. So many new, wonderful clients and I am truly thankful for all the positivity, referrals and love shown for me and my “art.” Of course, I have to thank my original clients that followed me from Boaz, to Albertville and then back to Boaz, through two pregnancies, crazy schedule changes and mostly just helping me get my name and work out there enough to be able to open my own store front and making my dream come true. I can’t say THANK YOU enough for all your support and sticking with me! 10 years down the road after some bumps, thumps and twists and turns, I am very blessed for us to be as busy as we are and I couldn't do it without my people! I want to especially thank those that know me on a more personal level and continue to love and support me in every way possible. We are animal lovers and we want the very best for your pets with quality service and quality products. We love what we do and wouldn’t be able to love and live our day job without each of you.
